Does OraKara cost anything?
No. OraKara is completely free for non-commercial practice use -- no subscription and no payment, ever. A one-time free Google sign-in activates it on your machine.
Does it upload my video anywhere?
No. Extraction, separation, and playback all run locally -- your video and audio are never uploaded. The app does make a few small network calls that have nothing to do with your content: the one-time sign-in, an occasional license check, and the first-run download of the separation model.

Is there a trial or something to activate?
There's no trial and nothing to buy, but you do need to activate it once with a free Google sign-in (no card, ever). After that it's fully unlocked on that machine for good.
